Good to Know

Gas Mark 4 is roughly 180 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit), which is one of the most common baking temperatures. Always check whether a recipe assumes a fan or convection oven, since those usually run about 20 Celsius cooler than a conventional oven at the same setting.
